Excellent release with a great aftershow, good filler and wonderful packaging. The inculsion of the Park Lane show is a great plus.

This is one of my favorite shows. It has pretty good sound quality and is a very fun show. There are a few rare tracks on this set, as well as some great guitar work. If nothing else pick up this set just for the all to brief (but awesome) version of Jailhouse Rock. The show is full of inspired performances. Find it, you won't be sorry.

Mike's Comments  (rates this release 2.75/5.0)
The aftershows of 1993 generally featured the same clutch of new songs along with the same choice of covers and by and large this is no different. It's perhaps surprising that he didn't use the opportunity to play a wider range of material, especially since much of his 'new' material wasn't first-rate. The Barcelona aftershow is short on surprises though it is interesting to hear a medley of Sly Stone numbers played as far back as this; they became much more common in his shows after Larry Graham came on board in 1997/8. The Gothenburg aftershow is complete at only 2 tracks. The songs were played on house equipment though this didn't produce much by way of difference in the way they sound.
