Made to look like an 'official release' this is a nice collection of studio outakes. This release exists as an LP release as well, with out the last two tracks. For an early bootleg (1989?) the package is pretty good. This disc has been in reissue for sometime and most tracks and can now be found on larger outake compliations in better quality.

The sound on this release is subpar by today's standards and all of the songs are readily available on other releases making this disc one that you need not bother with. There are also a few errors on the sleeve that make you wonder if the company even had a clue. Feel U Up is listed as Let Me Fill U Up, and the comment after the 1999 tracks reads "Previously unreleased studio demos from the '1990' sessions" instead of 1999. Then of course is the title of the CD and song A Better Place 2 Die which should be Moonbeam Levels, although this was a pretty common mistake at the time.
